​The centrepiece of the 2020 School Vision Workshop is a comprehensive review of your school culture and collateral assets.

Program

9am - Registration
Session 1 - Defining your school educational landscape.
In this session we will take a methodical look at your school from the point of view of leadership, teaching staff, students and family.
Themes that will be investigated include: school culture, collegial cohesion, your school within a community, existing school directions, school collateral assets audit.

Morning tea 10-30am
Session 2 - Focusing on the future and wellbeing
In this session we explore healthy school characteristics that exist within your school. We look at directions in education that can be applied to your school after acceptance by your stakeholders.
In the second half of this session we look more closely at the wellbeing and empowerment of teachers, students and other stakeholders. We will explore strategies to build resilience and harmony in respective sub-groups within your school. 

Lunch 12-30pm till 1-30pm
Session 3 - How do people experience your school?
After the lunch break we will explore the way people see and experience your school. Themes to be explored are branding of teacher styles, classifying learning experiences and looking closely at the way we build relationships with all relevant stakeholders including teaching staff and students and their families.
Afternoon tea 2-30pm
Session 4 - Future directions 
​In the final session we will create a template for directions that ceate harmony, trust and enthusiasm for the future direction of your school. There is role for everyone within your school community - each can a champion, an advocate or anambassador. By the close of the 2020 School Vision Workshop your school will have ideas and strategies to build a more cohesive and iclusive future vision for your school
